This CPR/AED class uses the latest ECC update to prepare students to handle respiratory and cardiac emergencies specifically sudden cardiac arrest. You will be familiarized in the recognition of cardiac arrest and the use of cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). You will also be familiarized in the use of a pocket mask and bag valve mask to deliver emergency rescue breaths.
